Refund Eligibility

Customers may be eligible for refunds under the following circumstances:

• Service downtime exceeding 99.9% uptime guarantee in a billing cycle
• Technical issues that prevent service usage for more than 48 hours
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain registrations and transfers
• SSL certificates
• Setup fees and one-time charges
• Services used for more than 1 day
• Account suspensions due to policy violations

Payment Methods

MatrixCloud accepts the following payment methods:

• Indian UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Nepali Payment Methods (eSewa, Neplai Bank, Khalti, IME Pay etc.)
